MN Sharma Memorial Lecture: An Evening of Inspiration and Reflection.

On August 3rd, 2024, the Chandigarh College of Architecture was the setting for a remarkable event—the MN Sharma Memorial Lecture. Esteemed architect Shirish Beri took the stage, leading the audience on a profound introspective journey that connected the concepts of inner and outer space. Through his exceptional architectural works, Ar. Beri highlighted the urgent need to protect and preserve our natural environment.

The evening also celebrated academic excellence, with Prem Sharma, who achieved top honors across all six semesters, receiving the MN Sharma 2023 Scholarship, valued at twenty thousand rupees. The event's success was further enhanced by the attendance of a diverse group of students and professionals from various fields.

In honor of what would have been Ar. M N Sharma's 101st birthday, the M N Sharma Architectural Society hosted a special dinner. This gathering was a tribute to Ar. Sharma's enduring legacy, reflecting on his significant contributions to architecture.
