M N Sharma Photography Award 2025

The photography exhibition organised by the MN Sharma Architectural Society in collaboration with Chandigarh Lalit kala Academy was inaugurated this evening at the Sector 17 underpass, Chandigarh. The event witnessed an enthusiastic presence of students, artists, and citizens from the Tricity. The theme of this year’s competition was Moods of Sukhna Lake.

Shivam Gulati was awarded the MN Sharma Photography Award 2025 selected from 43 contestants and 120 photographs. He recieved rupees 25000 as a award money and a momento.

On the same occasion, the first five winners of the on-the-spot sketching and photography contest held on 9 November were felicitated with mementos and cash prizes of ₹10,000, ₹8,000, and ₹5,000 (three prizes).

Mr Diprava Lakra, IAS, Finance Secretary, Chandigarh Administration, graced the event as the Chief Guest.
