The M N Sharma Architectural Society invites you to a special event to honour P L Varma, the Chief Engineer of the Punjab New Capital Project, Chandigarh. Known as the "Father of Chandigarh," Varma played a pivotal role in shaping the city's architecture and infrastructure alongside Le Corbusier.
